1.春季老年人怎样保健健康知识讲稿
老人春练六不宜,一不宜早。
二不宜空。
三不宜露。
四不宜激。
五不宜急。
六不宜单,
初春,晨间气温低、雾气重。过早出户后,人体骤然受冷容易患伤风感冒或哮喘病、“老慢支”,还会使肺心病等病情加重,故老年人应在太阳初升后外出锻炼为宜。
老年人新陈代谢慢,早晨血流相对缓慢,体温偏低。故晨练前应喝些热饮料,如牛奶、蛋汤、咖啡、麦片等,以补充水分、增加热量,加速血液循环
早晨户外活动,要选择避风向阳、温暖安静、空气新鲜的旷野、公园或草坪等,不要顶风跑,更不宜脱衣露体锻炼。
老年人体力弱,适应性差,运动方式以散步、慢跑、舞剑、做医疗体操、气功等,运动量一定要量力而行,循序渐进,激烈运动容易诱发心、肺疾病。
因老年人晨起后肌肉松弛,关节韧带僵硬,四肢功能不协调,故锻炼前应轻柔地活动躯体、扭动腰肢、活动关节,防止因骤然锻炼而诱发意外事故。
老年人易发生心脑血管意外,运动时最好能结伴。有心肝肾等脏器严重疾病者,须在医生的指导下运动,一般时间要较短,强度要较小。

老人秋季养生注意7个要点:
1、调节饮食,养肺生津
由于五脏衰弱,肠胃薄弱,如果饮食生冷无节,饥饱无常,势必伤胃犯病。因此,秋季老年人应少吃多餐,多食熟软开胃易消化之物。
2、多补水赶走秋季干燥
秋季天气干燥,主要外邪为燥邪,人的津液容易损伤,所以秋季时节最重要的当数充足补水,老年人同样如此。秋季重点养肺,而白色入肺,因此,这段时间宜常吃藕、百合、白萝卜、山药、银耳、白果、梨、莲子、荸荠等清补柔润的“白色蔬果”。
3、提高耐寒能力,防感冒
秋季温差变化较大,风寒邪气极易伤人,加上老年人抵抗力和适应能力降低,尤易患感冒、肺炎、肺心病,甚至发生心衰而危及生命。因此应注意防寒保暖,有条件的可坚持用冷水洗脸、擦鼻,甚至冷水浴,以提高耐寒防感冒能力。
4、入睡时避风寒而卧
睡眠是养生的重头戏,老年人体质差,对睡眠环境也要求较高。秋季夜里凉风习习,就很容易受到“贼风”侵袭。所以,老年人入睡时一定要避风寒而卧。
5、注意居室通风
天凉了也要保持居室经常通风,当室内外温度相差10℃时,15分钟即可将室内空气交换一遍。不要在居室内吸烟,以减少污染,日常生活中要注意保持室内的湿度,可以用湿毛巾擦室内的家具,厨房最好安装换气扇,庭院、室内可养些花草,以调节空气湿度。
6、加强锻炼,增强体质
秋天的气候转凉,是室外运动的好时机,老年人可根据个人的爱好和兴趣,在力所能及的情况下选择适宜的锻炼项目,如散步、慢跑、做操、练拳、打球、郊游等。
7、愉悦身心,陶冶情操
秋风萧瑟,自然界凄凉的景色容易导致老年人悲观伤感的消极情绪。因此,老年人应特别注意精神保健,可适当选择琴棋书画、养花种草、玩物赏鸟等文化娱乐活动,以愉悦身心、陶冶情操、安度晚年。
